Terms & Conditions
This section provides comprehensive legal terms, agreements, and policies that govern our business relationships, service delivery, and intellectual property. The terms are organized into five main categories for easy reference.
How to Use These Terms
Our terms are structured hierarchically. When reviewing contract documents:
- Start with the Dictionary - Familiarize yourself with defined terms used throughout
- Review the Master Agreement - Select the master agreement that applies to your relationship type
- Add Service Model Terms - Review the specific service model terms for your engagement
- Check General Terms - Review universal policies like confidentiality and IP rights
- Understand Billing Terms - Review applicable payment and credit terms
Document Hierarchy & Precedence
In case of conflict between documents:
- Specific Service Model Terms take precedence over Master Agreements
- Master Agreements take precedence over General Terms
- All terms incorporate by reference the Contract Dictionary definitions
Note: A detailed precedence feature is planned to provide clearer guidance on which terms control in specific situations. See the instructions folder for implementation plans.
