Staffing Services Terms

These Staffing Services Terms are subject to and governed by the Master Customer Agreement, which in turn is subject to the General Terms & Conditions. All provisions of the Master Customer Agreement and General Terms & Conditions apply to staffing services engagements unless specifically modified herein.

Overview

Staffing Services Terms govern staff augmentation and resource placement engagements where Company provides qualified personnel to work on Client projects or operations. These services are typically documented in a Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS) that details the specific resources, roles, rates, and terms of placement.

Resource Breakdown Structure

Each staffing engagement will be documented in a Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS) that includes:

• Resource roles and skill requirements
• Placement duration and schedule
• Billing rates and payment terms
• Resource management and oversight responsibilities
• Termination and replacement procedures

Resource Placement

Company will provide qualified personnel who possess the skills and experience specified in the RBS. Resources will be managed according to the terms of the engagement, with appropriate oversight and quality assurance measures.
