Project Services Terms

These Project Services Terms are subject to and governed by the Master Customer Agreement, which in turn is subject to the General Terms & Conditions. All provisions of the Master Customer Agreement and General Terms & Conditions apply to project services engagements unless specifically modified herein.

Overview

Project Services Terms govern project-based service delivery engagements where Company provides defined deliverables, solutions, or outcomes within a specified timeframe and scope. These services are typically documented in a Statement of Work (SOW) that details the specific project objectives, deliverables, timeline, and acceptance criteria.

Statement of Work

Each project engagement will be documented in a Statement of Work (SOW) that includes:

• Project scope and objectives
• Specific deliverables and acceptance criteria
• Timeline and milestones
• Resource requirements
• Pricing and payment terms
• Change management procedures

Project Delivery

Company will deliver project services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards, utilizing qualified personnel and appropriate methodologies to achieve the objectives defined in the applicable SOW.
